Green Office

We completed this office in 2014. Working with Architect Sony Budiono that had an incredible idea of not only combining an existing building with the new, but also bringing nature into the equation.

Chiropractic First Kota Kasablanka

Currently we are working on a design build project at Kota Kasablanka Mall, Jakarta. It is the first time we were exposed to the knowledge of Chiropractic, and it turns out to be a magnificent story on how the body can heal without medicine, if we are committed to healthy living and always take care of our spine. One of the most important organ of the human body that we more than often neglected, the spine carries information from our brain to our organs and is a vital part of our body that dictates on how well we function. This clinic is now open, come now and get yourself adjusted into a healthier lifestyle.

Residence in Menteng, Jakarta

We just currently finished a 1000m2 residence in Menteng district of Jakarta. Here are some pictures of the furnitures and because the project is a private residence, we have to respect our client’s privacy, therefore we only have some photos for now. You can see from these photos that a lot of the work are very technical and detail oriented, most furniture finishes are Trembesi (samanea) solid wood product, crafted by our skillful carpenters.

Head Office of Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line by KDL (2011)

Here are some pictures from the completion of Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Headquarters in 2011. Located in Central Jakarta, this 2000 m2, 6 story office building is a combination of an old building restoration, restructuring and 2 new buildings into one complex. Scope of work by KDL: Main Contractor, Project Management, Interior Partitions.

Santa Theresia High School Gymnasium and new All Purpose Building (2011)

In 2011, we completed the Santa Theresia High School Gymnasium and All Purpose Building. This is a 4 story complex consisting of a cafetaria, sports gymnasium, and multiple classrooms. The challenge of this project was to work during school hours, where there was a high demand in keeping noise down which is quiet challenging for a construction project. The kids now have a new sports area and a food court style canteen. Here are some pictures from the project after it’s completion
